   Being centrally located in our beautiful state, you are only 3 hours or less from adventure in any direction that you may choose to wander.  From the ocean and coastal islands to the east, the mountains to the north and north west, Savannah to the south or Atlanta to the west, fantastic journeys await you. 

   You might even try a round of golf, some fishing or a nice boat ride on Lake Murray, the Columbia area water recreation hot spot.
